I have owned and operated Equisense since 2003, offering top quality rehabilitative care to the equine industry. My services include lay-up care, lameness care and recovery, clinical massage therapy, thermal therapy, and magnetic therapy. Through my 11 years experience as a veterinary technician, I have gained the proper medical knowlege needed to properly and confidently support my work. Equine Rehabilitation is a great avenue to take when you think you have expired all other options. I have saved more than one horse from euthanasia when owners and veterinarians thought there was no chance at recovery. Equisense has a new home! We are now located in Southington, Ohio just south of Middlefield. The farm is a beautiful and well equipped facility with spacous stalls, heated barn, and a perfect therapeutic treatment area. We are now taking lay-ups for the winter or long term care. In the next few months Equisense will be making an addition to our excellent therapeutic care. We will be adding laser therapy to our services! This includes rehabilitation to tendon and ligment damage, open wound healing, and soft tissue repair. Also included is a myo-facial release laser that helps in so many ways for a horse's wellness.
